We are an inclusive community! Our coaches will take the initiative and announce a new or visiting member, but we view it as your duty to make sure that every athlete feels welcome in our gym–especially if it's their first taste of CrossFit.

Movement and training methods are constantly taught and reinforced throughout our program. We take pride in teaching skills from basic to advanced. Ben in regular attendance and listen to your coach. As you grow, the community will grow and it's important that we all grow together.

Make this the best hour of your day! Have some baggage? Emotional issues? An ego? Don’t bring that stuff into the gym. Attitude is infectious! Negativity should NOT enter our training environment! When you’re done training, you will be refreshed and your issues will be easier to deal with. Really!
