Here on a business trip and needed to find a gym to get in a good crossfit workout on a Sunday and i came across this place in the search. While there isn’t a class per se they do have 24/7 access and a day pass. Inside is very clean and nice. They have a crossfit/hyrox area and then there is regular gym equipment and machines. So plenty of options to choose from. All you have to do is follow the instructions on the website and they send you a link to an app for you to gain access. Simple process. I spent a good hour and half here getting in my workout and of course on a Sunday afternoon it wasn’t to busy. I’d recommend this place for sure and if i’m back in the area again during a class time i’ll try that too.

Absolutely LOVE this gym! I do not do CrossFit but use it as a complement to PureBarre and marathon training. It's great for my schedule and can access the gym any time. The equipment is diverse and you can get in a great workout. I've rarely been there when more than 10 people were in the gym except for a CrossFit class, however, I was still able to utilize all the equipment I needed and it was not a problem at all. This gym is spotless, too! Most times I'm there after 7pm and there is always someone there deep cleaning. If you live in Savannah or are visiting - check it out! Highly recommend!

What a GREAT gym! Vic is very helpful and extremely kind to everyone. The 24 hour facility is great. Lots of different equipment and free weights and CrossFit equipment. It’s also in a great location where you can leave the gym and go for a walk or run through historic Savannah.. You can also walk across the street for one of the best coffee shops in Savannah and a great Cuban restaurant.

Thank you so much for letting us drop in. Great gym, clean, very well maintained equipment. Love that there is body building equipment available to members. If we lived in Savannah, or anywhere close, it would be hard to get me to leave. The coaching staff and members were super friendly. We actually found the gym because we saw a member wearing a hoodie at Savannah Coffee Roaster the morning before dropping in. The member merch. is working!
