To trial our gym: Simply purchase a DIY Day Pass or a 7-Day Pass and try it out to see if our gym is a good fit for your training needs.

Although our DIY option is 24/7 our customer service hours are 9-5 Monday – Friday. All questions and any related issues should be texted to (912) 600-8895. We will respond as quickly as possible. 

When you buy a DIY pass or membership, you'll receive two emails: a welcome email from us, and a separate email with a link to download the app you'll use to get in, including your login credentials. The app unlocks the door. If you have a U.S. phone number, you'll also get a series of setup texts; if your number is international, you'll receive everything by email only, so watch your inbox. The whole process takes about 10 minutes from purchase to your first unlock.

After you buy, you'll get two emails: a welcome email from us, and a separate one with your login and download link. Both go to the exact email you purchased with, usually within a few minutes. If you don't see them, check spam and promotions, and search your inbox for support@hybridaf.com (a different or mistyped purchase email is the most common reason they don't arrive). No. DIY passes and memberships are for self-service gym access only. They do not include our coached CrossFit or HYROX classes. You can use the CrossFit and Group Fitness floor during non-class (open gym) hours, but the classes themselves are separate. Want to join a class? Grab a class drop-in or reach out and we'll get you set up.

All of our offerings are “a’ la carte”. We have a special DIY add-on membership for our CrossFit members. “DIY only” members do NOT have access to our CrossFit classes, but you can purchase CrossFit memberships separately or take CrossFit classes with the purchase of a CrossFit visitor pass. Please dial 911 in case of emergency. The app that unlocks the door also has an emergency button that will help connect you to 911 emergency services. We suggest keeping your phone close while in the gym.

We have provided lockers in the back of the DIY space next to the bathrooms. The lockers located in the front of the building near the entrance are for group fitness classes only.

Yes! Our facility has 2 full unisex bathrooms with showers. Please note that these bathrooms service both the DIY space and the group fitness space.

Absolutely! You will be provided with WiFi login info once you purchase a membership.

We love our furry friends however dogs and other pets are not allowed at our facility. The only exception are working service animals.  Please text (912) 600-8895 or email ben@victorygymsavannah.com with any questions about bringing a service animal.

Our location does not offer child care or daycare. For that reason, our child policy does not allow for children to be present with their parents while working out unless the child is a member in our system and meets our minimum age requirements (18 years old).

You must be 18 or older to purchase, hold a membership, and access the facility. This is an 18+ only gym. No children under 18 inside the building, at any time, for any reason.

Absolutely, we love having visitors! Grab a DIY Day Pass ($20) using the purchase options above for 48 hours of access from point of purchase. Please note: To avoid an additional monthly payment, cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours in advance of your draft date as per our membership contracts. There are no exceptions to this rule.

In general, we do NOT freeze/ pause accounts. Exceptions to this rule include injury or extended work travel. Pause term lengths in those cases are 30 (minimum), 60, or 90 days with a 90-day max in a calendar year. Pauses cannot be backdated. Requests for freezes/ pauses on account must be requested 72 hours in advance of start date. DIY memberships are monthly recurring subscriptions. Draft dates are set on the calendar date that you join and will continue to automatically renew until a cancellation request is issued on behalf of the member. We accept all major credit cards & ACH.

We do not charge late fees. Our membership management system will continue to attempt to draft your payment on file for 7 consecutive days (1 attempt each day). Access to the gym will be restricted until your membership is paid. After 7 days we will automatically cancel your subscription for membership. 

We utilize 2 different systems for our DIY memberships: 

Hybrid AF (HAF): unlocks the access door. You'll download this from the email HAF sends you with your login credentials, after purchase.

Victory Gym Members app (Push Press): for billing, membership contracts and signed forms, and profile updates. You'll be prompted to download this app during checkout. This app does NOT unlock the door, if you don't see an Unlock button, you're in the wrong app.

Please do not pre-register or download either app before purchasing a pass or membership. Your access only works when your account is created through your purchase, an account you set up on your own beforehand will not unlock the door.

Functional Fitness: A 30 ft Rogue rig, wall balls, sleds, strongman sandbags, and Centr sandbags. 

And much more. We're fully equipped for everything from functional bodybuilding and powerlifting to Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, and HYROX.
