CrossFit Y'all Visitor Class Pass

Fill out the contact form for your free trial pass. We will send out some general info and a link to a free trial pass. You will book an appointment from that “free trial” link!

Our experienced team of coaches is here to help! You do not need previous experience with CF or exercise in general. Our team will help customize the daily training to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey. 

Here is a link to our full list of gym and CrossFit membership rules. We highly recommend reading these rules in detail before purchasing any pass or membership.

Our CrossFit Memberships allow you to schedule and attend our coach-led CrossFit classes.

Classes are 60 minutes in length and include warm-up & movement prep, skill building & movement instruction, the actual training (Workout of the day aka WOD), and a programmed cool down (self-led).

We have built-in 15-minute gaps on our class schedule for members to perform any additional warm-up or cool-down.

All of our offerings are “a’ la carte”. This allows our members to pick and choose which offerings best suit their fitness needs.

We have a special D.I.Y. add-on membership for our CrossFit members that allows 24/7 access to our D.I.Y. side and use of the group fitness (CrossFit) side during non-class hours.

We have provided lockers at the front of the building to your right-hand side as you enter the gym. The lockers located at the back of the building near the bathrooms are for D.I.Y. members only.

Yes! Our facility has 2 full unisex bathrooms with showers. The bathrooms are located on the D.I.Y. side of the facility.

Please note that these bathrooms service both the DIY space and the group fitness space. 

Absolutely! You will be provided with WiFi login info once you purchase a membership.

We love our furry friends however dogs and other pets are not allowed at our facility. The only exception is working service animals.

Our location does not offer child care or daycare. For that reason, our child policy does not allow for children to be present with their parents while working out unless the child is a member in our system and meets our minimum age requirements (18 years old).

Currently, you must be 18 years of age for membership and access the facility. 

Absolutely! We love having visitors. Please purchase a CrossFit Visitor Pass through our website.

We love having visitors! Visitors must purchase a CrossFit Visitor Pass to attend our CrossFit classes. We also offer a Day Pass for our DIY side! Please do not create a sub-account in the member's app for friends or family.

We are so grateful that you are ready to share your CrossFit experience with a friend or family member. Have them fill out this form and we will be in touch about scheduling a free trial appointment. Free trials apply only to SAV area residents. 

If a friend or family is just visiting from out of town, please have them sign up for a Visitor Pass.

Please note: To avoid an additional monthly payment, cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours in advance of your draft date as per our membership contracts. There are no exceptions to this rule.

In general, we do NOT freeze/ pause accounts. Exceptions to this rule include injury or extended work travel. Pause term lengths in those cases are 30 (minimum), 60, or 90 days with a 90-day max in a calendar year.

Pauses cannot be backdated. Requests for freezes/ pauses on account must be requested 72 hours in advance of the start date.

Our Unlimited and Limited plans are monthly recurring subscriptions. Draft dates are set on the calendar date that you join and will continue to automatically renew until a cancellation request is issued on behalf of the member.

We also offer 6-month and 12-month paid-in-full memberships that do not recur at term-end.

We accept all major credit cards & ACH.

We do not charge late fees. Our membership management system will continue to attempt to draft your payment on file for 7 consecutive days (1 attempt each day). Access to the gym will be restricted until your membership is paid.

This app is used for changes to your billing account, membership contracts, signed forms (waiver/ member contracts), updating payment methods, profile updates, workout tracking, and social feed.
